Full or partial Training Needs Analysis (TNA) identifies the tasks required for specific roles, prioritises them and considers the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to fulfil them. DSAT compliant in the rigorous and auditable formulation of TNA and solutions, D3A are a leading proponent in applying these in a bespoke and flexible manner to meet your specific requirements. TRAINING DESIGN Our instructional designers apply proven and educationally creative methodologies, prioritising training objectives and learning outcomes specific to each project by seeking the optimal learning methods and media channels. TRAINING DEVELOPMENT D3A’s professional eLearning authors tailor and develop content in collaboration with the client’s in-house multi-media development team; producing effective and engaging packages ranging from classroom-based mixed-media lessons for instructors through to fully immersive bespoke eLearning with a range of interactivity, including animation, 3D modelling, audio and video. D3A’s Learning Solutions Team advises clients on optimal learning methods and technologies. We develop a wide range of tailored learning solutions which include bespoke multimedia development, advanced immersive and blended training solutions.
