We believe that analysing and understanding the requirement thoroughly is the key to delivering appropriate, tailored and effective training. Full or partial Training Needs Analysis (TNA) identifies the tasks required for specific roles, prioritises them and considers the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to fulfil them. D3A’s professional eLearning authors tailor and develop content in collaboration with the client’s in-house multi-media development team; producing effective and engaging packages ranging from classroom-based mixed-media lessons for instructors through to fully immersive bespoke eLearning with a range of interactivity, including animation, 3D modelling, audio and video. D3A’s Learning Solutions Team advises clients on optimal learning methods and technologies. We develop a wide range of tailored learning solutions which include bespoke multimedia development, advanced immersive and blended training solutions.

The tailored approach to Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) defines a specific way of constructing a training management system, training and course content so it can be shared with other SCORM compliant systems. SCORM reporting provides Learning & Development teams with the ability to monitor and report on specific learner activity.

The support we are able to offer includes training the military to use different software, as well as managing, maintaining and operating emerging and existing systems. Importantly, as previous operators, we can gauge the level of expertise required for every aspect of training and deliver accordingly.
D3A have strength and depth in our Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) who have knowledge of: planning at both the operational and tactical level, up to and including strategic level; pre-event coordination of forces; and the execution of roles in real combat scenarios. This experience provides the team with an inherent understanding of the challenges and risks associated with the delivery of most training scenarios. This enables D3A to develop training evolutions that can be adapted and adjusted to build the highest levels of competence in the end-user.
